Paid plan prices above are in USD per workspace. Toggle monthly or yearly billing — yearly saves 20% versus paying month to month. Use a plan button to create your workspace. After you verify your email, checkout opens for that paid plan so you can confirm the total and billing terms before subscribing. Free does not open checkout. You can also choose or change a paid plan later from Settings → Plan & usage. Creating an account does not purchase a subscription.
No. Account creation asks for your name, workspace name, email, and password. Payment details are handled separately when you subscribe to a paid plan through checkout. Free never asks for a card.
No. You can publish branded product pages and create stable QRowl links and QR codes without a GTIN. If you already have GTINs, every hosted plan includes GS1 Digital Link routing on QRowl URLs. QRowl does not issue GTINs or GS1 company prefixes.
When billing is enabled, your workspace owner can manage the subscription from Settings → Plan & usage. Review the new plan’s allowances and the terms shown in checkout before making a change.
Your QRowl product URL stays the same when you edit and republish the page. GS1 Digital Link URLs contain identifiers such as GTIN, lot, expiry, and serial; changing an identifier encoded in the URL changes that link.
